My Weight Loss Journey Begins....You With Me?


I know how to eat, when to eat and what to eat, but never seem to loose much.  I'd like to blame it on my metabolism (we all look for reasons right?) Well several of my friends have been losing weight, so I started asking questions, reading and learning more about a product called Plexus.  Yesterday I received my 60 days supply in the mail and my husband and I began our new adventure.

It's a safe product that is super easy, speeds of metabolism and helps burn fat.  I'll add a packet of Plexus to my water in the morning and an accelerator pill 30 minutes before my meal.  I'll throw in a 30 minute cardio workout (at some point), continue to eat healthy meals and keep you posted on my progress weekly.

My goal is to loose 30 lbs or 2 to 3 pants size.

So far...the packet you put in water taste just like Fruit Punch Crystal Light.  I'm pretty wired and my husband keeps sending me text saying he feels like he could go run a marathon right now...LOL.
I'm also curious to see if my husbands cholesterol levels improve so he will no longer need prescription medicine. Keep you posted.
